Q: How can I view the details of my order?

A: After completing checkout, you will receive an email from PayPal that is a receipt for your payment and should also contain the details of your order. If you used your PayPal account, you may also be able to view some details by logging in there. We use PayPal shopping cart so your PayPal account is the best way to view your order.

Please contact us if you have other questions regarding your order. You will need to have the details of your order on hand when calling.

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: We ship using FedEx ground services.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: We have different shipping rates for specific Southeastern states. Please refer to the chart below.

Please note: We normally only ship within the 48 continental United States so
please contact us if you need an order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

**All other locations within the 48 continental United States will ship under our standard rates. That includes:

Please contact us for the best pricing on shipments of more than 72 jars (6 cases) of preserves.

We do not normally ship to Alaska or Hawaii except for special orders. Please contact us if you need to ship to one of these states.

Q: Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

A: No, at this time we only ship within the USA.

Q: How long until my item ships?

A: In-stock items usually ship in within 7 days. If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. Please be sure the contact information on your PayPal account is up to date when placing an order so we know how to reach you.
